At KUALA, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible furniture and decor. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your KUALA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your box and schedule a courier pickup or drop it off at any authorized shipping center near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
